Eventually, at some point, computer users get a virus or corrupted system file that is so incredibly volatile that the only method and safest solution is to reinstall the entire operating system from scratch. I can install and configure almost all types of software including the latest version of Windows and Macintosh.

Data Backup - Backing up your information is a long underestimated pastime. In my experience, the average lifespan of a laptop is about 3-6 years, and the average life of a desktop is 5-7 years. Over the course of that time, software continually increases in size while hardware becomes old, unstable and unreliable. One thing is guaranteed though, eventually all technology becomes obsolete and is replaced. Properly extracting, organizing and backing up data from an unusable system or multiple units is a black art that I have mastered. I can also give regular assistance for scheduled backups where it is required.

Viruses usually come with an often noticeably strange or undesirable event occurring on your machine.
